What you'll do

• Oversee accounting and back-office operations
• manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and month-end close
• prepare monthly financial statements
• monitor cash flow and banking relationships
• manage invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and subcontractor documentation
• maintain job costing
• coordinate payroll
• liaise with external financial partners
• assist with budgeting and forecasting
• and improve processes, reporting, and internal controls.
