Human Resources Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee daily HR operations and staff
• maintain HR policies and employee records
• administer benefits, wellness, and leave programs
• serve as 401(k) Plan Administrator and Trustee
• coordinate retirement plan audits and Form 5500 filings
• review payroll registers and deductions
• manage employment-law compliance, ACA reporting, workers’ compensation audits, and employee relations.
