Waterproofing Foreman

The Waterproofing Foreman role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with pay of $20–$24 per hour depending on experience. It supports project quality, schedule, and safety by overseeing installation, managing labor and materials, communicating with project stakeholders, maintaining records, and training crew members.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate daily waterproofing crew activities
• ensure systems are installed to project specifications, codes, and manufacturer guidelines
• interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• manage labor and materials
• conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety policies
• communicate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors
• maintain work, hours, material, and site records
• train crew members
• inspect work quality.
