What you'll do

• Create and manage purchase orders for site departments and capital projects
• track capital spending
• reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and billings
• resolve open transactions
• support site buyers
• serve as a SAP and Coupa purchasing resource and train users
• process utility bills and vendor records
• respond to vendor inquiries
• support month-end close, accruals, petty cash and p-card reconciliations, financial reporting, and ESG documentation.
