Delivery Specialist — Pharmacy Shipments

What you'll do

• Coordinate with pre-shipping during refill and order processing
• contact patients and verify names, addresses, and payment information
• check medication and delivery forms before packing
• ensure accurate UPS labels and cold/non-cold packing
• scan forms to patient profiles
• route problems
• restock supplies
• return voicemails
• submit and follow up on damaged or lost package claims
• maintain records and assist with rush-shipment tracking
• comply with HIPAA requirements.
