What you'll do

  • Deliver recurring in-home therapy sessions
  • review or administer initial assessment data
  • plan and teach lessons across reading, spelling, handwriting, and expression
  • use discovery teaching and track mastery
  • adjust pacing based on accuracy and automaticity
  • maintain lesson and progress records
  • communicate with families
  • coordinate with school staff, evaluators, or outside providers when requested
  • partner with Thrive’s Educational Management team.
