The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is onsite in Clarksville, TN; starting pay is $16 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide respectful, person-centered support based on individual needs and goals
• assist with daily living and personal care when needed
• support community activities, recreation, appointments, and shopping
• encourage independence and skill development
• assist with meals and household routines
• provide transportation as assigned
• complete documentation
• follow policies, training, and safety procedures
• protect privacy and dignity.

Why this role

Schedule is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. Previous caregiving or direct support experience is helpful but not required; paid training is provided. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
