What you'll do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing of systems to ensure correct functionality.
• Educate customers on system use and functionality.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, including installation reports and inventory records.
