What you'll do

• Performs spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, and seal/grout.
• Scrubs, shines, cleans, and repairs carpeted and non-carpeted areas.
• Sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors and stairways.
• Moves furniture as needed.
• Maintains janitor closet organization.
• Follows manufacturer chemical specifications.
• Secures building doors and windows.
• Reports hazards to supervisors.
