The Parent Partner is an onsite role based in Fargo, ND, with compensation of $20.00–$22.00 per hour. This position supports the Treatment & Foster Care team at Nexus Family Healing, a national mental health organization dedicated to supporting youth and families. The role exists to provide trauma-informed, family-guided peer support to parents of youth receiving services. By connecting families to resources and advocating for their needs, the Parent Partner helps increase family involvement and promotes successful treatment outcomes.

What you'll do

• Manage and coordinate positive family involvement
• connect families to formal and informal resources
• advocate for families to decrease institutional bias
• participate in treatment planning meetings
• provide parent skill-building education.
