Clinical Technician (TMS)

The Clinical Technician (TMS) role is onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, with shifts of 7:30 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. The role supports Salma Health’s interventional psychiatric and neurological treatments and brain health research. The technician delivers TMS protocols and supports related clinical, administrative, and patient-flow work. The role helps provide safe, evidence-based care by preparing treatment sessions, documenting patient responses, coordinating clinic operations, and collaborating with clinical and research teams.

What you'll do

• Administer conventional and SAINT TMS protocols
• monitor and document patient responses in the EHR
• prepare treatment rooms and calibrate equipment
• communicate concerns to providers
• assist with Esketamine treatment setup, observation, and documentation
• manage scheduling and patient check-in and check-out
• maintain accurate records and supplies
• support clinic operations and workflows
• track operational metrics
• and collaborate on clinical research activities. Occasional early-morning, late-evening, weekend, or holiday coverage may be scheduled as described in the posting.
