Assistant Community Manager, Manufactured Housing

The Assistant Community Manager role is onsite at Richland Mobile Home Park in Richland, WA, with pay of $24–$28 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with occasional weekend hours as needed. Investment Property Group owns and operates manufactured-home, multifamily, and RV communities. The assistant manager supports daily property operations, leasing, resident relations, and rent collection while helping maintain community standards. The role coordinates with the Community Manager, residents, prospective buyers, vendors, and maintenance teams to support an orderly and positive residential community.

What you'll do

• Promote and sell available homes
• conduct community tours
• support daily property operations
• oversee rent collection and delinquency follow-up
• assist with applications, leasing, renewals, and waitlists
• inspect common areas and units
• respond to resident concerns
• coordinate maintenance requests
• attend professional and regulatory activities.
