Quality Engineer

What you'll do

• Serve as primary quality contact for assigned customers and programs
• investigate customer concerns and coordinate corrective action
• respond to requests for quality data
• manage deviation and waiver requests
• review quotes and purchase orders for quality requirements
• analyze customer ratings
• coordinate continuous improvement
• document quality plans
• lead root-cause and corrective-action teams
• conduct customer compliance and internal audits
• develop PPAP documentation
• audit suppliers
• review operator plans
• recommend process improvements
• assist inspection and testing personnel.
