Senior Facilities Service Technician

The Senior Facilities Service Technician role is an onsite, field-based position in Pleasanton, CA and surrounding areas. What you'll do

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and service work across commercial sites
• respond to service calls, work orders, and occasional emergency requests
• perform work across carpentry, drywall and painting, doors and hardware, flooring, laminate, light electrical, minor HVAC troubleshooting, and minor roof repairs
• diagnose issues and determine resolutions
• complete complex projects with minimal supervision
• document work in mobile work-order systems
• maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
