What you'll do

• Define food service go-to-market strategy, target segments, applications, route to market, pricing, and channel plan
• select and manage brokers, distributors, GPOs, caterers, and ordering platforms
• secure listings and partner agreements
• develop operator accounts and lead tastings, menu ideation, and product trials
• gather operator feedback
• partner with R&D, Applications, and Product on formats and documentation
• manage pipeline, forecast, budget, sales, depletions, and trade spend
• build an investment case and recruit and lead the team as it grows
• represent EVERY at industry events and train partner sales teams
• collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality/Regulatory, and Finance.
