Wellness Nurse

The Wellness Nurse role is onsite in Fort Collins, CO, and pays $36.50–$38.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Serve as charge nurse in the absence of designated leaders
• contribute to medication orders, administration, storage, and documentation
• assist residents with medication
• implement care and change-in-condition plans
• document care and complete charting and incident reports
• maintain relationships with residents and families
• prepare for and manage emergencies
• support staffing and training coordination.
