What you'll do

• Receive and prepare catering orders
• oversee timely off-premises delivery
• coordinate menus and validate pricing, descriptions, and photos across vendor and in-house websites
• manage catering portal updates
• support sales team requests
• track and communicate with vendors
• support data management, aggregation, reporting, and operations
• uphold food safety and quality standards
• occasionally assist with delivery as assigned.
