What you'll do

• Inspect, measure, and scope commercial and residential roofs
• sell reroofs, repairs, and maintenance programs
• build relationships with property managers, HOAs, facility managers, and general contractors
• work company-provided leads
• develop business through referrals and local outreach
• present proposals and close work
• hand off jobs to estimating and production
• maintain pipeline and notes in ServiceTitan.
