What you'll do

• Track warranty requests through resolution
• determine corrective action using project documents, inspections, photos, and warranty requirements
• coordinate repairs with subcontractors, vendors, manufacturers, and company personnel
• schedule homeowner access, inspections, and repairs
• monitor deadlines
• verify repairs and close requests
• maintain documentation and records
• update clients, program managers, homeowners, and leadership
• escalate urgent safety concerns, disputed claims, major repairs, and contractual risks
• communicate recurring issues to Operations and Quality Control.
