Job overview

The Route Delivery Driver role is onsite, reporting to Plymouth, MI. Compensation includes a $212-per-day training and service route rate for CDL positions and average earning potential of approximately $70,000 or more per year, including uncapped commission after training; commission earnings are not guaranteed. Primo Brands’ mission is to provide healthy hydration to consumers wherever, however, and whenever they want it. The driver safely operates a commercial motor vehicle while delivering products and providing customer service across a designated residential, commercial, and retail territory. The role also supports route growth through account development, sales, and service, while maintaining delivery records and following safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and complete required DOT documentation
• deliver correct products to customers on schedule
• maintain account delivery information, cash, and receipts
• clean water dispensers according to quality procedures
• identify and open new accounts, develop existing accounts, and upsell products and services
• follow pricing and promotion guidelines.

Why this role

Monday–Friday schedule with Saturdays dependent on business needs; start time between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m.; CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement required for applicable CDL positions, with CDL assistance available where offered.
