The Vibrant Life Assistant (Resident Programs Assistant) role is an onsite, full-time position in Redwood City, CA. Compensation is $20–$21 per hour. The role supports resident outings and Vibrant Life activities at Marbella Redwood City, part of Integral Senior Living’s communities serving older adults and their families. The assistant helps residents participate safely in outings and community programs by driving the property van, assisting with boarding and personal care, and supervising residents. The role also supports activity programming, vehicle readiness, and communication about resident safety and changes in condition.

What you'll do

• Operate the property van safely for outings and medical appointments
• assist residents with loading and unloading
• supervise residents and assist with personal care during outings
• participate in planned activities and assist with community programs
• maintain vehicle readiness and report safety or maintenance issues
• train staff on loading, unloading, and wheelchair lift use
• report suspected abuse as a mandated reporter and communicate observed changes in resident condition
• perform related clerical work and attend scheduled in-service classes.

Why this role
