What you'll do

• Prepare and send apportioned funds
• process accounts payable and receivable
• answer calls and greet visitors

• process law enforcement, dispatch, inmate medical, court-cost, and juvenile detention billing
• balance the general ledger
• process payroll and liquor licenses
• reconcile bank accounts
• maintain office-supply inventory.
