What you'll do

• Provide courteous service to parts clients and technicians
• answer calls and solicit orders or respond to questions
• list and price parts on repair orders or counter tickets
• prepare purchase orders for outside suppliers as needed and obtain approval
• record lost sales
• coordinate special and emergency orders
• maintain special-order, back-order, and warranty-return records and inventory
• participate in perpetual inventory
• keep the work area clean and safe.
