What you'll do

• Update and manage internal customer information databases
• process customer requests and resolve inquiries or issues promptly
• follow detailed standard operating procedures
• handle inbound phone, email, and chat contacts
• manage multiple tasks and computer systems
• provide customer service to internal and external partners
• learn new skills and meet or exceed metrics
• interpret communications across company systems
• manage escalated customer interactions with issue ownership
• work a 40-hour schedule between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday.
