What you'll do

• Respond to emergency service calls during business hours and after hours
• assign technicians to emergency projects
• communicate job progress to customers daily
• document site conditions in restoration software
• track profitability and expenses
• obtain work authorization
• collect signed timesheets and customer satisfaction certificates
• record job notes and site photos
• complete required paperwork.
