What you'll do

• Provide product information and customer service
• take orders and process transactions using the retail POS system
• resolve minor customer issues and refer escalated matters to leaders
• restock and rotate merchandise
• perform routine cleaning
• operate bottle engraving equipment when assigned
• answer the gift shop phone
• assist with floor resets, inventory, shipping and receiving, and opening and closing procedures.
