The Mission Command Exercise Leader role is onsite in Fort Bragg, NC. Compensation is $148,000–$156,000 annually. MKS2 Technologies supports government partners with training, operational support, and mission-readiness solutions. The leader plans, coordinates, executes, and assesses mission-readiness and mission-command exercises for O5–O6 headquarters staffs. The role develops realistic training events and evaluates staff performance to strengthen operational readiness and mission-command proficiency across Special Operations Forces organizations.

What you'll do

• Lead scheduling, design, planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of mission-readiness and mission-command exercises
• develop scenarios and training objectives
• synchronize planning across organizations and stakeholders
• direct concept development, master scenario event lists, and after-action reviews
• provide guidance on mission-command doctrine and operational planning
• coordinate resources, personnel, facilities, and training support
• oversee exercise control
• evaluate headquarters staff performance and recommend improvements
• prepare reports, briefings, lessons learned, and after-action documentation
• manage exercise-development resources and support personnel.
