Platform Operations Support Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Java backend services using microservices architecture
• work with MongoDB and Kafka
• provide L4 support for production and pre-production incidents
• monitor system health, investigate alerts, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve incidents
• collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams
• support releases, deployments, change management, and post-release validation
• use Splunk and related monitoring tools
• apply agentic tools to improve monitoring, triage, and automation
• implement permanent fixes and preventive measures
• maintain runbooks and incident documentation
• provide production coverage on a 12-hour on-call basis.
