What you'll do

• Receive and organize food orders
• coordinate ticket flow between kitchen stations
• communicate between front- and back-of-house teams
• ensure orders are sequenced and delivered on time
• inspect dishes for quality and presentation
• verify order completeness
• assist with plate assembly
• maintain the expo station and supplies
• support opening, closing, and housekeeping
• assist with light food preparation when required.
