What you'll do

• Perform tack welding on pipe and fittings
• assist pipe fitters with layout and preparation
• ensure alignment and fit-up before welding
• complete root and fill to flush on required tests and production work
• read basic drawings and follow assembly instructions
• maintain tools and equipment
• follow safety and PPE requirements
• keep work areas organized
• assist other departments and support production flow and improvement efforts.
