Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Center-Based

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is onsite in East Brunswick, NJ, in a center-based setting, with a full-time Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends or late nights. The salary range is $85,000–$95,000, with a potential annual incentive bonus of up to $6,000. Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services provides one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis intended to support meaningful changes in children’s lives. The BCBA supervises behavior technicians and a small caseload, reviews session data, and adjusts individualized treatment plans. The role also works with staff and families to support consistent treatment and address concerns.

What you'll do

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans.
• Observe staff and hold team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families about treatment, behavior modification, or staff concerns.
• Maintain BCBA certification and meet the stated experience and physical requirements.
