Compensation is $0 per year. The Coordinator, Chapters role is hybrid in Washington, DC, with two office days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday and the remaining days working from home. The Association of Corporate Counsel supports more than 60 local chapters representing in-house counsel worldwide. The coordinator provides day-to-day operational and communications support to chapters and their volunteer leaders. By maintaining chapter resources, coordinating training and newsletters, and responding to requests, the role helps ACC deliver information, education, networking, and advocacy to its members.

What you'll do

• Track chapter activities and prepare reports
• respond to chapter leaders and administrators through the chapters inbox, phone, email, and digital channels
• update chapter websites
• coordinate bi-weekly volunteer leader newsletters and administrator announcements
• maintain broadcast email lists, listservs, and discussion forums
• support chapter leadership and administrator training
• create surveys and customized reports
• orient administrators to website tools and train users on ACC technology
• moderate discussions and present resources
• coordinate requested PDF and print newsletter production
• identify ways to improve chapter support.
