Customer Service Representative — Supply Chain Operations

The Customer Service Representative — Supply Chain Operations role is onsite in Ashland, Ohio, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pay is $26.44 per hour. Return Polymers is a PVC recycling provider and part of The AZEK Company. The role coordinates orders and logistics among suppliers, customers, the sourcing team, and the factory. It manages activity across the order cycle, keeps transaction records current, and communicates proactively to resolve issues and support reliable deliveries and customer and supplier relationships.

What you'll do

• Serve as a point of contact for the sourcing team, suppliers, and customers
• process customer quotes and supplier purchase orders
• schedule logistics
• manage order activity from quotation through invoicing
• maintain records and transactions in JDE
• coordinate supplier pickups with logistics partners
• provide feedback on issues to sourcing, manufacturing, customers, and suppliers
• follow established policies and procedures.
