The Warehouse Operations and Order Fulfillment Supervisor — Evening Shift is an onsite role in Henderson, NV, with a stated base salary of $61,500–$75,000 per year. The supervisor leads second-shift fulfillment for a high-volume active lifestyle brand client at a 300,000-square-foot logistics facility. This role exists to keep fulfillment operations productive, safe, and aligned with client service-level agreements. It leads and develops a team of 35–40 associates, coordinates labor with the Distribution Center Manager, monitors performance, and improves processes and order quality.

What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and cross-train a second-shift team of 35–40 warehouse associates
• monitor daily KPIs and client SLAs
• coordinate labor planning with the Distribution Center Manager
• improve fulfillment, safety, order quality, and facility efficiency
• enforce safety, security, and standard operating procedures.
