What you'll do

• Manage multiple HVAC/R installation projects through close-out
• coordinate subcontractors, crews, labor, materials, equipment, general contractors, and trades
• develop schedules, budgets, estimates, and work plans
• oversee procurement and specification compliance
• manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• monitor performance and safety
• guide Assistant Project Managers and Foremen
• provide stakeholder updates and track labor productivity.
