What you'll do

• Respond to patient calls and messages about symptoms, medications, wounds, and post-procedure care
• assess and escalate concerns under nursing scope and protocols
• coordinate treatment plans, referrals, follow-up, surgeries, biopsies, and procedures
• educate patients
• document in Athenahealth
• communicate results under provider direction
• provide supplemental clinical and procedure support as needed.

Why this role

Requires a current unrestricted Massachusetts RN or LPN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, outpatient clinical nursing experience, and current BLS certification or ability to obtain it within the required timeframe. Dermatology or procedural experience is preferred.
