The Dishwasher ensures the cleanliness of production areas, manages dishwashing operations, and maintains a sanitary environment for food service.

What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness of production areas including vents, fryers, flattop, range, steamers, ovens, refrigerators, coolers, and storage areas.
• Bus dining room as needed and send dishes through the dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots and pans as needed.
• Put clean dishes away in appropriate places.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
• Dispose of garbage appropriately.
