What you'll do

  • Use lived experience to model recovery and resilience
  • assist participants with personalized Recovery Service Plans
  • identify strengths, resources, and natural supports
  • provide recovery education and wellness resources
  • use Motivational Interviewing techniques
  • support community integration and daily living skills
  • connect participants with community services
  • document services and communicate needs to supervisors
  • maintain CPS certification and complete required training.
