Assistant Director of Rehabilitation

The Assistant Director of Rehabilitation is an onsite role based in Lebanon, NH, responsible for assisting the Director of Rehabilitation in the successful operations of assigned locations. The position offers a pay rate of $30.00 - $38.00 per hour, plus a $20,000 retention bonus, supporting Powerback Rehabilitation's mission to help older adults stay active. This role exists to ensure the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered in the most efficient manner while obtaining the best possible outcomes for patients. The Assistant Director supports the management of therapy staff and covers duties in the Director's absence.

What you'll do

• Assist in managing therapy staff, provide direct patient care, monitor clinical service standards, ensure regulatory compliance, assist in identifying and removing treatment barriers, and cover Director duties as needed.
