What you'll do

• Support lead and assistant teachers across classrooms
• step into classrooms to maintain teacher-to-child ratios
• assist with afternoon activities, transitions, rest time, and dismissal
• cover staff breaks and absences
• help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
• engage positively with children and support their social and emotional needs
• and follow school policies, licensing requirements, and safety procedures.
