What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, forging presses, conveyors, and automated systems
• diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures
• lead responses to critical breakdowns
• analyze equipment performance and recurring failures
• improve preventive and predictive maintenance
• assist with equipment installation and commissioning
• support PLC troubleshooting when applicable
• mentor technicians
• enforce safety procedures
• maintain CMMS records
• collaborate with engineering and production.
