By partnering with hiring managers and HR, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews and offers, and maintaining compliant records, the role supports workforce needs across the organization.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain candidate networks
• use online recruiting resources and employee referrals to source candidates
• create and update job descriptions with hiring managers
• review resumes and credentials
• conduct prescreens and phone screenings
• prepare candidates for interviews
• coordinate candidate communications and interviews
• document interview feedback
• conduct reference checks
• extend offers under compensation guidelines
• manage selection, negotiation, and closing
• maintain compliant recruiting records
• follow up with hiring managers and new hires.
