What you'll do

• Conduct 15–20-minute structured interviews with residents using a tablet
• travel to assigned facilities
• maintain organized records of interviews and participation
• communicate professionally by email, phone, and in person
• protect confidentiality and comply with HIPAA
• participate in quality assurance observations
• complete virtual and in-person training
• travel up to 75 miles one-way daily, with longer distances possible.
