What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance on school buses, vans, and other company vehicles
• complete oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication, and routine maintenance
• rotate tires and check tire pressure
• inspect vehicles for leaks, worn components, and maintenance concerns
• report inspection findings
• assist mechanics with repairs and maintenance
• maintain service records
• care for shop equipment and tools
• keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
• communicate vehicle concerns to the maintenance team.

Why this role

Previous automotive, tire, farm, equipment, or mechanical experience is preferred but not required. A valid driver’s license is required; must possess or be able to obtain a Minnesota Class B CDL with Passenger, School Bus, and Air Brake endorsements. CDL training is provided if needed.
