What you'll do

• Coordinate material requirements with production and planning teams
• analyze inventory and demand and set reorder points
• maintain purchasing and inventory data in the ERP system
• prepare and manage purchase orders
• source and evaluate suppliers
• negotiate pricing and terms
• manage supplier returns and resolve delivery, quality, and invoice issues
• optimize Kanban and replenishment levels
• conduct spend and inventory analysis
• support supplier qualification and continuous improvement.
