What you'll do

• Coordinate staffing for new client cases by matching RBTs with clients based on location, availability, experience, and clinical needs
• maintain clinician and RBT schedules
• monitor staffing needs and resolve open cases
• collaborate with intake, recruitment, authorizations, clinical leadership, and operations
• document staffing activity
• maintain provider availability and credential information
• support RBT/BCBA sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
