The Assistant Clinical Supervisor, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) role is hybrid, with three days in the Bellingham clinic and two days remote. Compensation is $25–$35 per hour. The role supports BrightSpring Health Services’ therapy team in delivering customized treatment plans for clients. The position assists clinical leadership with clinical and administrative work, supports behavior program development, and helps guide therapists and families in implementing positive behavioral supports. It also provides therapy sessions for assigned clients and contributes to monitoring progress and data quality.

What you'll do

• Assist the Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Manager with clinical and administrative tasks
• help develop interventions and materials for behavior programs
• train and consult with families on positive supports and ABA principles
• assist with goals for communication, functional living, social, self-help, and recreational skills
• support intake, observations, and initial behavior assessments
• shadow Behavior Therapists, review reports and data, provide feedback, conduct Inter-Observer Agreements, and provide therapy sessions for assigned clients.

Why this role
