The Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor role is onsite in Tuckerton, NJ, with a part-time schedule every other weekend from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Pay is $45–$50 per hour. Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 171-bed subacute and long-term care facility focused on compassionate, high-quality resident care. The supervisor coordinates nursing care, provides clinical oversight, monitors resident conditions, and supports nursing staff during assigned shifts. The role helps maintain safe care, regulatory compliance, and clear communication among staff, physicians, residents, and families.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care
• provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff
• monitor resident conditions and ensure interventions are implemented and documented
• ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility procedures
• communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families about changes in condition or care needs
• prioritize care based on clinical urgency
• support nursing regulations and safety standards.
