Store Sales Specialist

The Store Sales Specialist role is onsite in Hillsboro, OR. Compensation is $17.48 to $19.79 per hour. The specialist helps customers choose products and services, facilitates transactions and memberships, and supports store presentation and merchandise organization. By sharing product knowledge and assisting with store pickup and sales service, the role contributes to customer satisfaction and better outdoor experiences.

What you'll do

• Answer customer questions about products, memberships, and special ticket sales
• maintain visual standards with store management, merchandising, and sales leads
• participate in REI Sales & Service Training and promote REI goods and services
• support store pickup by receiving and processing products
• and follow loss prevention and safety procedures.
