What you'll do

• Implement and maintain the trainee employee assistance program
• assess students for possible substance-use intervention
• conduct individual and group counseling
• participate in new-student orientation
• arrange retesting for students who test positive within the 45-day probationary period
• provide follow-up counseling and prevention education
• train staff and students
• coordinate treatment access and referrals
• maintain confidential records
• and collaborate with the recreational department and CMHC.
